PWSD#2 of Andrew County will begin April 23, 2021 switching our current water treatment method to free chlorine as part of our annual flushing maintenance program.  A slight chlorine taste and odor may be detected.  This is normal and not a cause for concern.  Our employees will be flushing hydrants which may result in some temporary discoloration and reduced pressure in your area.  Again, this is normal and temporary.  The treatment change and flushing will continue through June.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.  If you have any questions, please call the office at 816-378-3395.
