PWSD#2 of Andrew County's mission is to provide a safe abundant source of quality drinking water for its customers/owners at a reasonable cost. The Water District will accomplish this mission by planning, budgeting, and responding quickly to emergencies. We will provide a safe and pleasant working environment, and treat our customers and the public with respect and courtesy.
We will make the District better by making progressive and informed decisions. The District will efficiently use technology, materials, and human resources for the overall benefit of the District’s customers. The District will strive to make the communities of which we live and serve a better place.
